It is difficult to get mechanical engineering in Anna University, as there exists a high competition for this course and college. All the toppers most probably choose this course.

Hi Tuhin,
These are among the top ones for mechanical engineering in Germany:Technical University of Munich;RWTH Aachen University;Technical University of Berlin;Karlsruhe Institute of Technology;University of Stuttgart;TU Dresden;Darmstadt University of Technology. The fee should be free or upto a few hundred dollars per sem.

In addition, a seafare has to undergo other basic course and trainings as required by standard of training and certification of watch-keeping (STCW 1995-98) as amended in 2010 by manila amendment.
