Hi Vikas,
The first thing is to research and plan where to study. Use the internet to find out about universities in different countries over the world, their fees, living expenses in different countries, eligibility criteria of the programs and the universities etc. Do remember that the eligibility is different that's why you have to check the websites very carefully. Hi Raghavendra, I assume you are asking about GRE. Well, firstly 65% marks is somewhat low for applying to German universities, but you can give a shot ATIT. GRE is not required, so I don't see how GRE will help you. Instead, you can attempt GATE which is accepted. Since your percentile is not very competitive, you must work harder towards obtaining a very good internship position and do some quality projects. You should also try to publish some materials on journals etc. Related to your field. I will also suggest you take IELTS instead of TOEFL and take the TestDaf for German language proficiency.

Hello Goutham,
Firstly, let me congratulate you on deciding to go for graduation. Yes, many states allow mechanical Diploma holders to pursue degree course laterally in aeronautical engineering branch. But to be on safer side please go through webpage of dte of tech edu of your state. Be that as it may, I would advise you to continue with mechanical stream since it has huge opportunities of employement.
