There are certain colleges in India having NCC. First of all if your rank is very good your first preference should be to opt for the top level IIT's and NIT's. Otherwise on the basis of your 12 th merit u can also get scholarship in certain good institutes. Some of them are Nehru College of engineering, Vivekananda Institute of Tech, MB Patel Science College, Lovely Professional university. By opting NCC u can get special advantage in getting jobs in government as well as private sector.

Hi Deepanshu,
If your long term goal is to apply for PR, then plan for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany etc. They are also good for your field. Remember that there is no guarantee of getting a job, it will boil down to your own academic performance, networks, university reputation, industrial tie-ups of the university and so on. And PR also won't happen immediately. You have to work for few years and gradually you can apply. For now you should focus on getting a good and reputed university for your studies and improve your credentials and skills.
