Hello Gajendra,
It's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering in aeronautical engineering branch after completion of your Diploma. There are different methods adopted by different states. Some give admission based on the marks obtained in Diploma exam while others give admission based on the entrance exam for lateral admission. You need to check this for your state and follow the procedure.

A candidate must have done 10+2 and scored 50% marks (aggregate) to get admission here. This might help you: https://www.shiksha.com/college/vjti-Mumbai-veermata-jijabai-technological-institute-matunga-east-19301/admission

Hello,
Of course, you can get admission in IIT Mumbai in their Aeronautical Engineering branch. What you need to do is pass your diploma exam with at least 75% marks. Then appear for JEE Mains exam. Score well so that you obtain marks above cutoff percentile. Then, appear for JEE Advanced and score well so that you can get IIT-Mumbai.
Best wishes to you.
