Admission requirements are set very high by the German Universities. For UG courses such as B.Tech mechanical engineering score of 90% in 10+2 board is expected for admission. In addition, most of the German Universities have following eligibility criteria:
(a)Cleared your JEE Advanced
(b) Completed one year of Bachelor degree education from a recognized university in India
(c) Cleared the Feststellungsprfung: the entrance exam for different universities you would take to signify effective completion of Studienkolleg. Studienkolleg is a public institution that offers you preparatory courses in the desired subjects in case your educationa

on you can see Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati- 517501, Andhra Pradesh as it is from my state too.
Other than that, you can check Delhi University in Delhi and LPU (Lovely Profesional University). There are a lot of others that you can check.

To become a commercial pilot:
- You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th with science (physics and mathematics) with 50%.
- Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6. General physical fitness is mandatory.
- You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
- You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
