Pros for study abroad: Better infrastructure, more opportunities and better exposure. You develop a world view. Cons for study abroad: Much expensive as compared to study in India and living far away from home.
Pros for education in India: economical education, living closer to home. Cons: Inadequate infrastructure and limited opportunities.

Yes, after diploma in mechanical engineering you can seek admission for marine engineering. But to get a specific college, you need to score very well in Diploma.

Fundamentally there there are two criterias. Firstly you should be in need of it. Meaning income of your parents should be within certain fixed limit. Secondly, you should. have scored good marks in your qualifying exam.

Eligibility for admission to flying Institute is 12th with PCM. If you have this qualification, surely you can seek admission. For detail after diploma, I would advise you to directly approach your intended flying school for clarification.

Your dreams are great but for becoming engineer, you need to have PCM in 12th, then appear for and clear entrance exam and then admission. May be you can think of doing AMIE.

Job opportunities for fresh engineers is presently absymally poor. As per report of HRD ministry more than 50% young Graduates are remaining jobless. So will be case with mechanical engineering Graduates also.

SAP is a German software programme that gives all in one solution to enterprises. You can of course do it but it will then suck you into world of IT. I would advise you to rather take up course related to your job profile. Say PG or MBA or some certificate or diploma course in project planning or production or automation etc.
