GCET was ranked at number 53 in 2013, at number 42 in 2014 and at number 28 in 2015 among the top 100 engineering colleges of India by Data Quest. In 2006, GCET was named as one of the top 100 engineering schools in India by Outlook. GCET is affiliated with the Gujarat Technological University. So this is average good option for mechanical engineering.

Did you do your Diploma before doing B.Tech? If yes, then you would have better chances for placements than normal B.Tech courses and the placement completely depends on the campusing done in your college/university.

Hello,
HKBK College is an average college in Bangalore. With IT industry dominating the city, it will be a challenge to get good on-campus placement in mechanical engineering if the college is not up to the mark. Rest is your choice. I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

Hello,
Though it's purely your choice to pursue a course as per your own interest, I would suggest you to opt for Aeronautical Engineering. Following are the reasons:
1. It's better to stick to the same field wherein you have already learnt the basics. Bio-Medical Engineering is a specialization in a completely different domain, while, Aeronautical Engineering is related to Mechanical Engineering.
2. Being in a similar field, it will open up diverse job opportunities for you as you can opt for jobs in the Mechanical sector as well as Aeronautical sector.
I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

Hello,
All the colleges you have mentioned above are just average colleges in Bangalore. You can choose anyone of them. It doesn't matter. Still if you wish to compare by the inch, you can opt for HKBK College of Engineering. I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions, kindly revert.

It won't be difficult, rather there are more engineers in any B-school than B.Com or students from any other faculty. But electronics students pursuing MBA are doing well not only in finance but in every field.
