MBA in aviation management is a niche skill super sector specialisation MBA. The aviation sector is not doing very well in India. There are limited good job opportunities in the sector. I am of the opinion that a graduate engineer must avoid sector specific MBA.

Petroleum engineering is a niche field of engineering concerned with the activities related to the production of hydrocarbons, which can be either crude oil or natural gas. India has very well developed Petrochemical Industry including Petroleum & gas both in Government and private sector. It is core sector with lot of Government and big corporate houses support. Petroleum l Engineers have good scope in India and abroad. However, you must take into consideration that Petroleum engineering has historically been one of the highest paid engineering disciplines, although there is a tendency for mass layoffs in private sector worldwide

After having mechanical Diploma, students can seek junior level posts in private as well as public/ government sector. You can try to get a job in private mechanical engineering companies. And in the government sector, you can try your luck to get the positions like Technician, Clerk, Supervisor, Junior Engineer, etc.

You are eligible for following competitive exams after B.Tech Mechanical Engineering:
(a) GATE for job in PSU
(b) Indian Engineering Services Examination conducted by UPSC.
(c) Indian Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC to join as IAS, IPS, IFS etc. You can also appear for other Class I jobs where eligibilty is graduation degree.

Mechanical engineering has a lot of scope in future as this branch is evergreen branch so it has a good scope and you get a job easily if your semester exams result are good so focus on your study and try to score the average of 7CGPA in the whole exam so that you get a job easily.
