For similar PSUs like HPCL, BPCL and IOCL, management trainee, graduate trainee or engineering trainee means the same thing. They are put into the same grades as well and their jobs are same too, provided they are posted in the similar business units.

This type of part time Engineering Under graduate course in India is not known to me. And, so far my knowledge goes, AICTE does not validate this. However, in Kolkata at JU, there is BE full time evening course in civil, Mechanical and Electrical stream for Diploma Engineers with some eligibility criteria. If possible you may look for it.
