Hello Swapnil,
All these three universities are amongst the top private universities in India. So it is worthy to study in them but it is not that if you study in a top college you will get high salary. Even in IITs, students get around 4-6 lakhs per annum.
So it is purely based on your talent. Colleges assure placements, not salary packages.

It is very difficult to get a seat for mechanical engineering or electrical and electronics engineering at the main campus of SRM University but you can get the other campuses easily.

I was weak in topics like laws of motions, mechanics and kinematics from 11th class. I never tried to understand these topics deeply that resulted in just 65% aggregate in my 11th class.
When I joined coaching in my drop year my physics sir said that laws of motions, mechanics are scoring topics but my mind never cooperated with me.
It developed a phobia in my mind, mechanics phobia. What happened next was I didn't attempt mechanics questions in in JEE 2016.
I decided to overcome this fear by choosing mechanical engineering.

NITW has a better ranking. So I would recommend NITW. If you are unhappy with the branch you can always look forward to internal sliding and change after your first year.
