Germany is world leader in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering. You can plan your MS in any German University of your choice. The eligibility criteria for MS differ in different universities. General eligibility criteria to in German University is as follows:
(a)High Academics performance or records in undergraduate studies.
(b) If the course is taught in German, then proof of proficiency in German Language. If the course is taught in English, then proof of proficiency in English by TOEFL or IELTS score.
(c) Some universities Require GRE score
(d)With relevant work experience in the field of further study chances of selection increases

You may opt for further studies in mechanical engineering or look for specialised areas like robotics, automobiles, manufacturing, transport and automotive design, management, engineering management etc. But firstly you need to know your own interests, what you want to study is a personal choice depending on one's interest and career plans.
