You can't get admission in a top college with this rank. If you are from SC or ST category, you can get admission in a good college but not the top ones.

For JEE Mains rank of 61000 if you are a government category candidate then you might get admission in north-east state colleges. Other institutes you have mentioned are private.

I don't think so, but in other campuses, you can easily get.
But if you want to take admission in the main campus then attend the counselling and if seats are left then you can get admission.
