You can get MBM-Jodhpur, UCE-Kota but you must try top private universities such as BITS-Pilani, VIT-Vellore, Manipa-Jaipur and VGU-Jaipur.

Yes, you can get one college among the top 20 colleges of Anna University.
But, it will be ideal of you score 190. But, you can get with this score also.
The website is www.annauniv.edu and the last date is May 31 .
The counselling starts from June 27.

In mechanical, it covers all mechanical concepts like thermal, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, dynamics etc. But, if you go for automobile, it covers all automobile related things. So, in my point you can go for automobile engineering.

BITS Pilani, VIT, SRM, Manipal Universality, etc. are also good options to do B.Tech in mechanical engineering provided you have applied for their entrance tests. If you confirm which engineering entrance examinations you have given or planning to appear then more appropriate advice can be shared.

Different universities have different admission requirements. If you have maintained 80% chances of admissions are good. Take your IELTS too. Knowledge of German language will increase career prospects however most MS classes are offered in English language and German language classes are offered which you can enroll into.
