You wish to study MS in automobile. But please note that your study of MS will have it's foundation laid in Bachelor degree of engineering. As per the details you have provided, it seems that you are unable to grasp knowledge. In such a case, your dream doesn't seem too favourable. If you're really interested to pursue your dream, you need to work really hard. Discuss your drawbacks, your weaknesses with your college faculty, get a mentor. Score good and surely you can achieve your dream.

With 58%, there is no chance in Germany. German Universities offer admission with grades as high as 90%. You must look for other less competitive countries like Poland, Cyprus, etc.

You have a very strong profile and chances are very bright. However, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission. MASc programs are competitive and research-based, so you must demonstrate high-end research ability. You can check the university websites for specific requirements.
