During the IIITA 2022 placements, the highest package offered to an M.Tech student was INR 1.4 crore per annum as per the media reports. The highest package was offered by Google. NIRF has also ranked IIIT Allahabad at 93rd position under the Engineering category. However, both institutes are good options for M.Tech aspirants.

Over the years, MNIT Allahabad has performed better than many colleges in terms of placements. As per Shiksha verified review the university is rated 4.1/5 in Value for Money. The ROI per person has not declined till now. Hence, getting admission to this college has more perks than disadvantages. Outstation students are not affected in placements as it is completly based on the skills of the students. Hence, the increase in competition has no much significant impact on the opportunities the university creates for students.

No, there is no direct admission process for undergraduate (BTech) or postgraduate (MTech, MSc, MCA, MBA) programs at MNNIT Allahabad. Students are selected for admission based on their performance in national level entrance exams.
