- you can go for direct admission into 2nd year for B.E. or B.Tech at MSU Baroda under their lateral entry scheme.
- They provide lateral entry for Diploma holders of relevant branches into the second year if you meet eligibility criteria, usually around a minimum of 45% - 60% marks in your diploma.
- The admission process takes place on their official admission portal during the dates for lateral entry admission.
So if you are pretty confident of your stream and if your marks are above cutoff then you can seamlessly transition from VJTI Diploma to MSU Baroda degree without having to start over!

Only if you meet the some requirement like good percentage in 1st year in which you completed course outside the vadodara make sure that the college should be from the recognised university. Meet some criteria which getting entry to MSU by lateral entry or entrance exams conducted by MSUs
You need to apply for the lateral entry exam through online application or offline registration and make sure you need to get all documents while getting admission in the MSUs and Do reasearch about seat availability and get admission in MSUs

Then you are eligible to be considered in admission process
You can apply for admission with your CMAT ACPC Admission and CAT scores
Tution fees for MBA courses are about 1 to 1.5 Lacs .
You can do MBA in various specialisation such as finance, marketing, HRM, etc.
