It has limited number of students as well limited number of company; as far as industrial growth in Gujarat is not up to the mark considering Maharashtra.
Vice-versa Mumbai and Pune branch has huge number of students as well vast number of companies; more opportunities. You can choose wisely as per your preference.

There are many colleges in Mumbai that offer degree in aerospace engineering. Best is of course IIT. For other colleges, entry is via MHT-CET. I am attaching link for list of colleges:

Diploma is programme to develop skill. Hence it is better to do it in classroom environment. However for some reason you can not do it then I am giving link for colleges around Mumbai.

Pune is considered as hub of culture and education in Maharashtra. It is also cheaper here compared with Mumbai. My advise, therefore, would be to select Pune.
