Both National Law University Delhi (NLUD) and Nalsar University of Law are highly regarded law schools in India. NLUD has consistently placed 2nd and above Nalsar in the NIRF rankings released by the Government of India, and NLUD offers a wider array of options due to its location. On the other hand, Nalsar offers an advantage over NLUD in terms of alumni networks, better perception in the industry and market, and a larger alumni base. However, it ultimately comes down to personal preference. Both NLUD and Nalsar are excellent law schools that provide almost equal opportunities.

Every year, CNLU releases CLAT Allotment lists for admission to all the National Law Universities in India including NALSAR. For 2024 admission, the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) has released the CLAT Fourth Allotment list 2024. However for NLU Hyderabad, the cutoff stands closed after round 1 of the seat allotmemt result.
During the NALSAR CLAT cutoff 2024 for the EWS category, the Round 1 closing rank for BA LLB is 564. So, candidates secring a rank of 600 in CLAT 2024 is not eligibe to get into NALSAR for BA LLB (Hons) admission.

NALSAR University accepts CLAT scores for admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law courses. NLU Hyderabad cutoff 2024 for Round 1 is yet to be release. However, as per the Nalsar University of Law cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing rank ranged from 164 to 167. So, considering the NALSAR previous year cutoff, this year it is expected that the Round 1 cutoff will range between 160 to 170. This is the estimated cutoff basis previous year trend and the actual cutoff might vary.
