In total, NIT Durgapur has 19 seats for the Integrated (BSc + MSc) course. The institute offers an Integrated MSc in Chemistry programme. The seats for these programme are filled based on the JEE Main ranks, followed by the JoSAA/CSAB counselling. The institute also reserves some of these seats for candidates belonging to the SC, ST, EWS and OBC-NCL categories. NIT Durgapur offers an integrated BSc + MSc programme. Accoring to the institute's NIRF Report 2024, the median package offered during the placements for the five-year, undergraudate programme in 2023 was INR 7.1 LPA. It has shown an increasing trend since it was INR 6.9 LPA in 2022.
