Among Indian students, New Zealand is a very popular study abroad destination and students desire to pursue their higher studies in the best universities. Also,  New Zealand has a large population of Indian students. Hence, it is easy for Indian students to make friends and dwell in the new environment. When it comes to the cost of attendance,  studying in New Zealand is a little expensive for Indians, but can become cost effective due to the variety of generous scholarships offered.

Students need to get a post-study work visa, which is the most preferred route for international students. The duration of PSW visa depends on the level of your qualification and where you studied. It can be for 1, 2, or 3 years.

During this duration, you will get a valuable work experience in New Zealand, which will help you to get PR.

To get PR in New Zealand, you have to fulfill below mentioned eligibility after completeing study:

  • Have required educational qualification (Minimum UG).
  • Minimum two years of work experience in New Zealand.
  • Have a job offer from an employer in New Zealand.
  • Age should be less than 55 years.

Apart from these, you may need to show some other proof  depending on your job.

Both The Regent International Educational Group in New Zealand and University of Waikato are good educational institutes to prefer for higher studies. 

But there is a difference between the courses offered by both the universities.
