It was a really great certificate course in IT! You learn so much of new technology and figuring out how to solve problems. I did it as a part time student and found the modules I could do at a good pace. Plenty of practical and theory mix to make all the learning make sense!

Tuitions at Yoobee Colleges-Design and Arts College of New Zealand, charges 24,500 NZD for a year plus various course-related fees around about NZD 2,000. For example, tuition charges at Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology may include a variety of courses falling between $20,000 and $30,000 in NZD. In certain situations, Yoobee colleges are cheaper for courses but for specific costs depend on choosing the course selected and costs of other associated items. It is therefore wise to review the offerings of both institutions before making any decision.

Yes, an ordinary Indian student can apply to study at Yoobee Colleges - Design and Arts College of New Zealand. I couldn't find specific world rankings for the Queens Academic Group of New Zealand. It's a private education provider, and such rankings are typically associated with universities and larger educational institutions.

However, you can assess the quality of the group's institutions by looking at the following:

 * Accreditation: Check if the institutions are accredited by recognised bodies like the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA).

 * Reputation: Research the reputation of the specific institutions within the group among students, alumni, and employers.
