The top 5 campuses are Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gandhinagar and Hyderabad.
You can go for Gandhinagar for accessory design. Gandhinagar also provides jewelry design.

You don't get a job after cleaning the entrance exam. It is a 4 year course and after completing the course, you can sit for the placements. The placements for BFTech are high enough.

Yes, you will have to pay your further fee. It's will cost you about 8 lacs for the entire course of B.Des in fashion designing. Also, you will have to spend on the material you buy.

There are total 30 seats out of which 15 are general seats. It is hard to say if she will get the seat or not. The last rank to get the seat in FC, Mumbai last year was 323. I feel the chances are high. You can always try for round two.

No, there is no personal interview or group discussion in NIFT Situation test. You'll be provided with the materials and you'll just have to make the 3D model as per the topic given.

Well for the written exam, practice maths and logical reasoning and try completing model test papers available online on time. For drawing, the more you practice different types of question the better it will be. And for situation test, practice using a variety of materials that are provided in situation text and 3D model making. Watch videos and research.

You don't need any subject in specifics. Basically, you need to have a knowledge of 4 main subjects that are GK, English, maths (till class 10) and logical reasoning.
