NIFT conducts an entrance exam every year for the admission. The Bachelor's degree programme's entrance exam consists of 2 levels i.e. the written exam and the situation test. Whereas, the Master's degree programme's entrance consists of written test and a personal interview. You will have to clear this entrance exam in order to get admission in NIFT.

For designing, NID, NIFT, NATA, B.ARCH, Fine Arts Entrance Exams Coaching Classes has a good name when it comes to NIFT entrance preparation for designs.
So, you can contact them for the classes and they do have crash course too, I suppose only a month is left for the exam.
And if it is for the technology course, I think you just need to brush up your Maths and logical aptitude a bit, and be aware about the current affairs for last 4-5 months. That's it. Technology is easy to get through if you are already from the PCM background.
