Yes, Students from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) board are considered for admission to German universities so long as they are eligible through the eligibility criteria given by the university. For NIOS students – “Check if the university you are applying for, accepts your academic qualifications or not”. the student has to go and check the universities criteria followed by them more accurate information.

Generally, candidates are eligible for NEET exam if they have PCMB in Class 12th through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling). The eligibility criteria for NEET exam is candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology, and English as core subjects from any state board or recognised board. However, with less than 50% in PCB, it is difficult to be eligible for attempting NEET. Candidates must have atleast aggregate of 50% marks (40% for SC, ST, OBC category) in PCB subjects in class 12th.

Yes according to the information bulletin of NEET 2024 you are eligible.
Students who have passed 12 th from NIOS with PCB and English with 50% marks are eligible to appear in neet.
But OBC and SC ST can be eligible with even 40 %

Hy Lakshmi, NIOS 12th Application Form 2025: The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has made it possible to register for the public exams scheduled for April–May 2025. Yes, NIOS Marksheet and Migration Certificate are valid during NEET counselling and Medical College admission. The Secondary and Senior Secondary certifications from NIOS are recognised equally with credentials from other boards.
