I have been trying hard to get the same question answered for the past one month.
After a month and about 100 calls they said  "learner is not in top 20 percentile but did not tell the cut off marks.
I am still trying to get that value because according to statistics until 2019 which NIOS provided to JOSAA 347/500 was the cut off for top 20 percentile. My son has 367 and still they say not in top 20

Verify the particular prerequisites of the colleges or universities you intend to apply to, as they might have different policie

The universities in the UK offer nursing courses in which a student can enroll if he/she has a UKVI band 6, even if a student has studied from the NIOS board are:

  1. University of Oxford
  2.  University of Cambridge
  3. Imperial College London
  4. University College London
  5. The University of Edinburgh
  6. The University of Manchester
  7.  King's College London
  8. London School of Economics and Political Science
