Dear Rajesh,
Please use the link below to know the colleges you can get with this rank:

I doubt if your son will get a good NIT with these marks. In case he does't get a good college on the basis of this rank, then he can opt for some of the good private universities like LPU, SRM, VIT, etc., offering various specializations in B.Tech. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of yo

Hello Akash,
Your marks are too low for getting admission in any NIT. But there are decent chances for good private colleges in this score.

You will definitely get NIT, IIIT and BIT-Mesra. If you prefer CS you will get it, you just have to shortlist some NITs and IIITs as per your choice. Check with the previous year's cut-offs of various colleges. Take some time write down the possibilities and apply for it.
Good luck.
Again you will get your desired branch.
Good luck.

First of all relax. There is no shortage of engineering colleges in india where as there is a shortage of students. The point lies how to choose the perfect college according to the marks. First check the college of your state if you are getting government college there its well and good else you con sit for OJEE in order to get a government college in Odisha. You can definitely get igit and vssut I cant assure you the branch but yes you will get a core secondly if you have capital you can get into kiit and inter both have a good rank in mhrd nirf and placement is also good if less and you want another option you can go for cv raman co

You may get admission in NIT-Rourkela but definitely not a good branch like biomedical and INTMSC. You may get IIIT-Bhubaneswar and yes you can get into BIT-Mesra with a good branch as well. You can visit the official website of JoSAA to get the details.

Unfortunately, you cannot get NIT or IIIT, but you can get best government. Or, any private college. Try for them, and at least, you should fill up the counselling form for JEE. Hope you get any seat. Thank you.
