Yes, you can get a seat here if you have home state quota.
Admission is through JOSAA counseling based on the rank obtained in JEE Mains.

You can try to get admission in IIT Roorkee, IIT Hyderabad, NIT Indore or NIT Bhopal. According to your rank you can get admission in one of these colleges and you should take computer science engineering because it will help you in getting a good job.
