NMIT doesn't provide a combined total for all B.Tech specializations on their website. However, the website does mention the intake capacity for specific B.Tech specializations:

- Candidates who belong to the Karnataka domicile and who want to take admission in the BE programme at NMIT, are required to appear for the CET conducted by the Government of Karnataka. NMIT Bangalore BE admission can also be made through COMED-K and candidates from both the Karnataka and Non-Karnataka states can apply through this entrance examination.
