Online and offline, both exams are similar in nature. Both have similar levels of difficulty. In fact going forward, I feel offline exam is likely to be scrapped. In any case, future is online exams only.

In most of the colleges/universities, the admission process has already begun. My cousin has also applied for the 2017 batch of Thapar University who are also inviting the applications online.

You have completed B.Sc and looking for some distance education course, right? I suggest you to have look at the different courses offered by IGNOU. I am sure you will find the course of your choice.

Can you be more specific ease? There is an exam in Punjab for admission to diploma called JET. There is another JET I.e. Jain Entrance Test. There is one more with same acronym conducted in Rajasthan.
I would be happy if you can provide more input.
