Both are nearly same, but Piloo Modi is only for architecture and it is better there. If you do B.Arch as it is better, although its private, it is the best after NIT Rourkela and IIT Bhubaneswar in terms of architecture.

The reviews of the college are very good, just that the infrastructure is not great. However, a new campus will come up soon. So overall, in all aspects, this college has very good reviews.

You can get chemical engineering at NIT, Warangal & NIT, Rourkela, metallurgical & material engineering at NIT Warangal as well as NIT, Surathkal & NIT, Rourkela. You can also get mining engineering at NIT Surathkal.

Best option among all private colleges in Odisha. If you are ready to handle tight schedules, pressure, terrible lab grades and can deal with strong and merciless administration, you can join. I didn't have 60% in 12th, so couldn't attend placements, as criteria set by MNCs. So if you don't have that, it's totally useless to take up engineering in Nist or any other college under BPUT. If you consider studying MBA, then remember it provides zero placement. But if you are interested in research and internship opportunities, then I would say it's best in Odisha.
