It's indeed great to see your enthusiasm in this off beat subject. Actually, almost all the west European countries are putting restrictions on employment by outsiders in areas where they feel there is enough talent in their country. UK it's the same. But then if you shine in the course, they have the mind to accept you and offer employment.

It's very nice to see that you have still hunger fir studying. It's great. Yes, the institute you ate seeking admission for PhD is good. You should finalise your guide and then research topic with his help to start your progretin getting PhD.

Executive MBA is invariably a one year abridged course for professionals already serving. However, for pursuing Ph.D one needs to do a minimum of two years PG course. Hence if you have done normal MBA of two years you would be eligible for pursuing Ph.D.
