You can pursue PhD from the top B schools or other premium institutions. The procedure is simple you Just have a masters degree in any discipline with 55%-60% or have done BE/B. Tech. Selection will be done on basis of research work done and a good knowledge of academics.

I am sure no one will say part-time is better than the full-time. You can complete the full-time course under the direct guidance and regular supervision of your guide and it adds to your real knowledge as well. However, if you are doing a job and cannot leave that to do full-time Ph.D, then you should opt for the part-time course. Both the modes have compulsory course work in which you need to attend the classes.

Yes, for Ph.D, you need to qualify the entrance test of the university you aim for. Ph.D admission is easy as you might get preference and shall also be exempted from. The entrance test is a bit competitive.

It will be nearly INR. 14 Lacs - INR 15 Lacs per annum, as the subject is too difficult. And only few prefer aeronautical engineering, so you will be getting more salary in the beginning only, later it depends on your experience.
