Depends on the college in which you are applying. Some colleges have both the medium of education I. e; English and Hindi.

The official website says candidates should have philosophy as one of their subjects in graduation or candidates should have graduation from national/foreign university recognised by BHU and a post graduate diploma in Indian philosophy and religion with 50% aggregate at both the courses.

Kindly get in touch with the college officials, as they are the right party to answer. The dates are not available as per the internet research.

Psychology. It will help you to become a psychologist or counselor who will be able to help people to deal with their problems.

M.A. Psychology for sure. It helps you to become a psychologist or Counselor with plenty of job opportunities.

Philosophy and Psychology are two different subjects. If you're a graduate with good marks, you can join for MA/ M.Sc. Psychology. There are universities which offer Distance Education too.
