Preparing for advance is not a joke and you might have qualified in Mains to write in JEE advance. And preparing for both Chemistry and Physics in one month is highly impossible. So, from Physics and Chemistry in which your are good at, prepare for that majorly and also concentrate in Maths to get high marks.

Sastra considers overall +2 marks for ranking. You haven't mentioned whether student is from CBSE or state board and state of resident. Assuming CBSE by seeing scores. Student with 440 above out off 500 will be getting a chance in sastra. All the best.

NO you can not get. You needs to clear the compartment first. As per the Information Brochure JEE Advanced 2022 page no. 43. Performance in Class XII (or Equivalent) Board Examination : Candidates must PASS class XII (or Equivalent) exam with the following subjects:
I. Physics
ii. Chemistry
iii. Mathematics
iv. A language
v. Any subject other than the above four.

If one is 12th passed from any recognized board,he has to fill online registration form for admission in any specific course. Then on alotted counselling date, candidate has to come with all relevant documents. Talking about Now the last date is over now. It was there till 24 June 2022.
