To learn Physics in easy way first build the basic concepts. Firstly remove the mindset that Physics ia a tough subject. Its infact very fascinating only if you get the concepts correctly otherwise you may seem to hate it. Physics is not about to memorize a formula. You have to understand what does this formula is saying to you and what are the conditions under which it can be applied. Once you know the rules you can play a game
Same is with Physics.

With 69 percentage it will be hard to get government colleges especially central university but you can try for state government colleges or private colleges.

Every branch has its own usefulness but it all depends on your interest. If you have not decided which field you want to pursue then you should go for plain or normal M.Sc. Programme so that you can explore various fields.
