No, physics, chemistry, maths or biology is involved in the exam. You need a good grammar knowledge in English, reasoning ability and should buy a guide for the teaching aptitude. Because to answer the questions of teaching aptitude, you have to think like a teacher and believe me to think like a teacher is not an easy task.

If you wish to pursue automobile engineering in India, you will have to take chemistry, however, if you don't take chemistry, there are some countries that allow you to pursue some kinds of engineering. For example, Singapore allows one to pursue engineering without chemistry. Different countries and different institutes have different requirements.

For admission, you need to fulfil the following criteria:
The candidate should have been born on or after October 1, 1994, if he/she belongs to the open or OBC-NCL category and, on or after October 1, 1988, if he/she belongs to the SC, ST or PwD category.
The candidate should have qualified i.e. obtained a rank in UCEED 2018. The candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (class 12th or equivalent) in 2017 or 2018. Those who appeared for the first time in the qualifying examination in 2017 or earlier are not eligible, I don't know much about this.
