No, I am very sorry to say but you cannot. There are certain standards and rules which you must follow when you are applying to a university or college, you cannot jump from one course to another without a process. If you were interested in astronomy you should have thought about this earlier. The only option for you is to start your Bachelor's degree again but only if you had science in class 12th. If you do not have the slightest of the education background required you have no chance but to see open learning online programs like EdX, CourseEra, etc.
