No, you do not need to appear for JEE or WBJEE for admission to this course.
Basic eligibility to qualify for admission in Adamas University for a course in B.Sc (Hons.) in Physics is that candidate should have cleared their class 12th exams with Mandatory Subjects : Physics, Mathematics. Minimum Eligibility to Apply for B.Sc. Physics at St. Xavier's Kolkata is 60% pass marks in class 12th with Mandatory Subjects: Physics and Mathematics.
An aggregate of Physics & Mathematics + 2 core subjects would be considered for eligibility calculations. Students must have obtained a minimum of 45% in 2 core subjects and 60% in Physics.
