No, actually class 12th marks do not play any role in NEET, you have to qualify NEET and secure a minimum of 55%.

Managing both will be hard. Since you are pursuing Honors, you will require proper time management. You can start by studying newspaper daily and Studying General Science. Read the Newspaper thoroughly in morning and Study GS in evening. When you get holidays, pickup a topic from history or civics and finish it on the same day.

Candidate needs to get clear ICET or pass the entrance test of CDE, ANU to apply for M.Sc and the last date to apply was 14-06-2018. As the date has already gone, you can apply to the same college next year.
