Hello MS Rajeshwari, That's a very nice query that you asked. Invariably children make the mistake of 'not selecting' a course that has a subject they don't like. But we must select that course for our children which he likes.
As your son like maths, I feel you should allow him to for graduation in maths. Then PG and then perhaps doctorate. Let me assure you that there are enough opportunities in this field of study.

You can go for B.Ed if you have an inclination towards the same. Other options available are MBA, M.Sc. In Electronics. The best course you need to decide on your own as it totally depends on your interest.

If you want to become a scientist, then you must choose Science, technology, engineering and Mathematics centered education.
Here is a list of some UG courses which you may opt for after class 12:
Bachelor Courses:
1) Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)
2) B.Tech in relevant specialisation
For admissions into UG courses, you should have completed the 12th or equivalent examination from any recognised board. Some colleges prefer the minimum percentage criteria for providing admissions. The duration of undergraduate course can be three to four years as per the course opted by students.
Regards.
