According to this criteria, a student must have Physics, Chemistry and Biology as his main subjects in the 12th Board. Other than that, apart from English, he/she can take other optional subjects of their will.

Commerce/Science/Computer Applications/Management/Arts
A good knowledge in computer operation is also required
