It is really good to see your enthusiasm towards National Cadet Corps. I can assure you that you won't regret your decision of joining NCC ever!
To get all the benefits of NCC ( in jobs, scholarships etc. ), you need to be a C certificate holder, which you will get after successful completion of three years in NCC and also clearing the B certificate exam in the second year of NCC. As B.Sc. Course lasts for three years and you are already in your third year of graduation, you will be able to enjoy NCC for one year only. Go to this link and in point no. 4 there is a link of PDF, it has everything you want to know. As your situation is bit of complex, I mean studying in a CBSE school in a foreign country, I would suggest you to follow the above mentioned procedure and if you have any further queries regarding the same you better contact to the given contact details in that PDF.

Options you may look for after standard XII, Graduation B.Sc. Physics) than Postgraduation M.Sc. Physics) than Doctorate Ph.D. Physics)
Another option - go for integrated M.Sc. Through NEST exam than Doctorate Ph.D. Physics)

No, you can't. Maths is a compulsory subject for all the semesters in B.Sc-IT and the cut-off for this course is based upon the marks scored in maths in 12th standard.

You should be AJEE Advance qualify to get into IIT's. Mains will take you to the NIT's only. Moreover, there is B.Sc in Physics, and many relevant branches, you can get with your low Advance rank also.
