This isn't completely discouraging but there are some must factors before you even think of getting into this field. *Financial condition
*medical certificates (class 2 and 1)
*passing out 12th boards with 55 above percentage (both in physics and maths)
*eligibility to pass entrance test of specific cadet programme. There are two ways
*Through flying clubs:- Here you complete your CPL in about 60Lakhs (rupees) and 30lakhs for type rating of particular plane you want to fly. NO JOB GUARENTEE. If you are into this Go search for Bombay flying club. *Cadet pilot programs:- Here you need about 1 crore to complete this programme. This is further

Don't get discouraged if you don't relate with the information. But it is the truth.
It matters that you must have completed your 11th and 12th in science field. Physics is a must subject. Your current degree does't matter. Your 12th boards result must be above 55% specifically in physics (above 55 out of 100) and in maths (above 55 out of 100).

It all depends upon whether you wish to make a career in military aviation or commercial aviation, besides the fact that you are medically fit and have passed Class 12 with Mathematics and Physics. In the case of Military Aviation (Indian Air Force / Indian Navy - Air Arm / Indian Army - Aviation Corp), you could choose the NDA (National Defence Academy) path towards fulfilling your dream in any of our 3 military forces. After completing 12th (HsC) with PCM with a minimum of 55% you are eligible for becoming a pilot. You have to join flying clubs for your pilot training and take your CPL but the flying club must be DGCA approved. You should be physically fit and your eyesight should be six by six if you are good in all of these conditions you can apply to different airlines. Or you can join a cadet pilot programme of different airlines but the only disadvantage of cadet pilot programme is that they are very costly.

Score higher %. You would be benefited by that. While you are studying start researching about the aviation schools. I would recommend you india's best flying institute (IGRUA). Just keep your marks higher specially in physics & maths with atleast 60% in both.

Please take admission in the non-medical group. To become a pilot, you have to get passed in PCM with a good percentage to become a pilot and study well. Best of luck for your future.
