There is no such specific format. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2. Interested candidates can apply online with required information. Candidates must submit a Medical certificate from MBBS Doctor.

Eligibility criteria to apply for Commercial Pilot License in The Bombay Flying Club, Mumbai:
1. 10+2 with physics and Maths. DGCA class2 medically fit.

Cessna 152 - Rs.8000-9000 Per Hour
Cessna 172 - Rs.10000-12000 Per Hour
P-16 - Rs.17000-18000 Per Hour
Etc.
And any candidate who gets enrolled for this professional training requires to complete 200 hrs of flying, in order to get his/her CPL issued.
Hence the total cost including accommodation + food goes around 30-40Lakhs.
IGRUA & NFTI are two premiere institutions in India who also have tie-up with international TRTO CAE.

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
For becoming a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria, which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires 50% marks in PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for
