No need to worry from Maths, because in Polytechnic level as well as duration ( 1 year) is not so much. Just by doing a little hard work and good counselling, you should continue Polytechnic.

Both regular degree are not counted valid you can do HSC from open board or correspondence.

There are two options after this. Either, you can join Diploma in electrical engineering from a good college which provides you good placement after 3 years or you can continue you vocational course study.

Polytechnic is a Diploma course and after that you will need a degree to pursue MBA and can then prepare for exams like TOEFL and IELTS, which would give you a boost in your resume. You can also apply for many government jobs after pursuing this degree, there are a lot of advertisements that keep coming up in the newspapers. Hope it helps.

After completing ITI Fitter you can go for any Diploma course like mechanical. For that you need to give a lateral entry test. After getting a lateral entry you need to study only 2 years.

No, you can't. For TOEFL and IELTS you need to do graduation and also for MBA a degree is required in any field. Polytechnic is a Diploma course and after that you will need a degree to pursue MBA and for exams like TOEFL and IELTS.
