Hello Anil Kumar,
I appreciate your efforts and your thinking in finding out information about joining engineering graduate course of aeronautical engineering after completion of your Diploma. It's Indeed good to think on these lines, but may I ask you a question. Why aeronautical engineering? As per my understanding and knowledge the prospects in this branch are not very great for placements. On the contrary the chances of employment in ECE are much greater in today's world. Diploma programs are known to be job oriented courses. After 10th, Students are eligible to pursue many Diploma courses. Diploma courses are of two types- Technical and Non Technical. If you want to do engineering, then better ho for Polytechnic and get some practical knowledge rather than doing 11 and 12 Science and sitting in class for mostly theoretical knowledge.

Well, at least, you know that you font want to do Polytechnic, Polytechnic is a good course but if you font want to pursue it then sure you should go for commerce as your interests say.

Netaji Subhas Open University offers Bachelor's degree programme (BDP) in the following areas:
1. History (EHI)
2. Political Science (EPS)
3. Sociology (ESO)
4. Public Administration (EPA)
5. Education (EED)
The eligibility criteria for above programs is passed 10+2 examination or equivalent (Arts or science only) with 45% marks. So, if you have completed class 12th in arts or science then you are eligible. Further, you will not get admission in the above courses on the basis of Polytechnic.
