It is possible, however it will depend on the course you wish to pursue in Polytechnic. Also VLD is a practical course and will require full dedication hence it is better that you be able to pursue one.

I think, you should opt both Polytechnic via regular mode of education and B.A. via distance mode of education. After this, you'll get both certificates at the same time.

Yes, you can join, but you should have your class 10th pass certificates, and you can't pursue through distance mode. You have to attend the regular classes, and you have to skip the job.
