For the lateral Admission in B.Tech Biotechnology, you should have 55% marks. You will have to attend JEE/ AIPMT/ HPCET or any equivalent entrance test recognised by Government. You can't pursue B.Sc animation because you should be passed 12th to enter any degree courses otherwise you can pursue Diploma or Masters Diploma which would provide you equal knowledge.

You can get the job of a JE with Diploma course, so take entrance exams for JE.

If you go with BCA, top MNC's do not prefer BCA students and even it might take a longer time to settle in the career. But, if you go through Computer Engineering (Polytechnic) you will have both dual degree as well as sounding knowledge. So, computer engineering is suggestible from my side.
