The ranks up to 9000 are very good, and you can get admissions to any of the government colleges. You can apply for counseling and choose the colleges as per your wishes. Even though you couldn't get Tier 1 government colleges in Andhra Pradesh, you have high chances of getting Tier 2 colleges. The reservation policy of the colleges also plays an important role in getting admission. If you belong to the SC category, you have high chances of getting into the top government colleges. DCECE result is expected in July 2024. After the exam is over, BCECEB uploads the rank card of the DCECE exam for PE, PM and PMM course groups on the official website. Candidates can login to the official website and download the DCECE 2024 results for PE, PM, and PMM. Candidates have to use their DCECE roll number and date of birth to check the result.

The eligibility criteria for admission to the Polytechnic at Dayalbagh Educational Institute is as follows:
- Candidate should have passed class 10 or 12 with a minimum of 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for reserved categories).
- Candidates will be selected through academic merit based on their academic performance in the qualifying examination.
- Selected will have to report to the admission cell at Dayalbagh Educational Institute for document verification and fee payment.

There is no provision for direct admission in the Polytechnic at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI), Agra. Dayalbagh Educational Institute Diploma in engineering courses admission is entirely merit based. Candidates will be selected based on their academic performance in the qualifying examination.
Selected candidates can further apply for the counselling process, which involves filling out branch preferences, document verification and fee payment.

For admission to the polytechnic, i.e. after 10th Diploma programme offered at Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI), the candidate must fulfil the following requirements:
