Yes, the one who never wants to study Maths can be a good programmer but the condition is that he/she must be good in simple Maths. He'll need simple Maths while he/she is writing code or doing programming. Because when you are coding in any language whether it ISC c+, Java, sql, etc. You'll need to deal with simple mathematics. So, when you'll do this, you'll be a good programmer. Hope answer is helpful to you. Thanks.

One needs to have a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics to become a great programmer. You should be familiar with areas in mathematics including linear Algebra set theories, discrete mathematics, number theory, and a little calculus. You don't have to be an expert in math, but you do need to know certain fundamentals and be able to solve problems. So get going, and best of luck.
